What you need to now

GENERAL information

It is advisable to measure out the painting using dimensions, to make sure it will fit your space perfectly. Arrangement photos can’t be used as a guide.

Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently, so your painting may differ slightly in color from the image you see onscreen.

Used materials: Professional, high-quality canvas with high basis weight, stretched over a natural wood.

The image has painted sides, does not require a frame and is ready to hang.

If the painting in the picture is in a frame, the frame is not for sale, it is used only for the purpose of the presentation.

The works are signed with the artist’s name in the lower right corner and the back of the picture.

PACKAGING

I pack all the paintings very carefully in bubble wrap and special cardboard boxes for transporting images.

In the case of images sent outside of Poland with a side larger than 100 cm, the canvas is removed from the stretcher frame and sent in a special cardboard tube. It is the customer’s responsibility to buy stretchers and stretch the canvas.

SHIPPING

I regularly ship paintings all over the world and will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel as it makes it way to you.

Processing your order: 1-4 days

Shipping to Poland : 1-3 working days

Shipping to Europe : 3-7 working days

Shipping to rest of the world : probably 5 - 14 working days

(contact me to check the possibility and time of sending the parcel to your country)

Please note there may be a small chance that a parcel could get stuck at customs for up to 6 weeks. This is very rare and unfortunately completely out too my control. Any taxes or duties are at expense to the purchaser.

Payment methods:

The value of the order can be settled by bank transfer.

At the customer’s request, it is possible to insert the item in the Etsy online store.

RETURNS

I am for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. All sales are final, except in the case of damage. If your painting is damaged on arrival, and if you are able, please make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at [email protected] with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify and issues.

If you would like a refund, please contact me. The item must be sent back to the return address for my attention, and be in good condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

All packages are covered by insurance.

If you notice damage to the packaging, please inform the courier who delivers the package. Together with the courier a protocol should be drawn up in order to receive compensation.

If you notice the damage only after unpacking the package, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery, entering in the title “damaged in transport”.

I will try my best to rectify and issues.
